We conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks. This includes:
- Evaluating venues and accommodations for safety.
- Assessing transportation arrangements.
- Identifying potential risks related to activities and excursions.
👥 Code of Conduct
All participants, staff, and volunteers are required to adhere to a Code of Conduct that emphasises:
- Respect for all individuals, regardless of background or identity.
- Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
- Responsible behavior during all program activities.
📚 Training and Awareness
We provide training for staff and volunteers on:
- Child protection and safeguarding policies.
- Recognising and responding to signs of abuse or neglect.
- Emergency procedures and first aid.
Participants will also receive information on:
- Their rights and responsibilities.
- How to report concerns or incidents.
📞 Reporting Procedures
Participants are encouraged to report any safety concerns or incidents. The following procedures are in place:
- Designated safeguarding officers are available for confidential discussions.
- A clear reporting mechanism is established, including anonymous options.
- All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.

In case of emergencies, the following procedures will be implemented:
