Facilitators’ pool

Experts ready to help

We are currently setting up a pool of dialogue facilitators. These experts are specialised in facilitating different forms of dialogue, group sessions and participatory processes. They assist with our own programmes and are happy to help with your projects and events, both in Estonia and in the Baltic Sea region.

If you are interested in joining the pool, please get in touch. We are looking for both experienced facilitators and motivated beginners, from different backgrounds and languages. All members of the pool will have the opportunity to participate in our basic and in depth facilitation trainings and in courses from partners.
